Hey, I’m Kavita!

My passion for all things food started from a very young age, watching my mum cook and spoil us endlessly.

My journey into health and wellness started after struggling with a long list of physical and mental concerns.  I tried conventional treatments and felt so much worse, helpless and exhausted.  I started researching into holistic nutrition, experimenting with food to heal myself whilst being more intuitive with and listening to my body.  I completed my Integrative Nutritional Training from the IIN Institute in NY in 2021 and everything I learnt transformed my life and career.

From a young age, I’ve been extremely self conscious and so whichever diet was trending, I’d jump to try it.  From detoxes to juice cleanses, Atkins to Paleo; whatever the fad diet was at the time, you name it, I’ve tried it.  The most important thing I learnt was that None of these are diets are sustainable lifestyle choices.

Working with me means nurturing yourself everyday with delicious easy to prepare recipes, organising yourself through meal planning and making small changes that lead to lasting transformations.
