It’s an easy peasy recipe that’s so quick to prep with omega 3s & 6s, minerals like calcium and magnesium and healthy fats. It’s the perfect way to start your morning. Top with whatever fruit you’ve got in the fridge!

Here’s what you’ll need

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
1 cup coconut milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon coconut manna
1 handful baby spinach leaves
1 date, soaked / 1 teaspoon maple

Blend the coconut milk, coconut manna, spinach and date in a blender. Add chia seeds and refrigerate overnight. Spoon into bowl, top with fruits and enjoy!
