The Morning Glory Smoothie

Here’s what you’ll need

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1 small Banana
2 small passion fruits
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
3/4 to 1 cup coconut water
Honey / maple to sweeten (optional)

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blitz on high. Add some ice cubes for a chilled version or substitute the coconut water for a plant based / regular milk for a creamier version. Enjoy!
