No Bake Rice Crispy & Mixed Seed Bars

Here’s what you’ll need

Makes: 12 Bars

Ingredients
2 cups rice crisps / puffed rice
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup honey / maple syrup
1/4 cup almond butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper / brush with coconut oil & mix the crispies and seeds together.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat the sugar, honey, almond butter and coconut oil till melted and pour over the seed & puffed rice mix. Pour into baking tray and press down till firm. Place into the fridge for a couple of hours till they firm up and slice. Store in the fridge!
