A Quick Gluten Free Pizza Base

Homemade pizzas are the BEST. I want to sit on the couch,

You can make littles or huge sharing ones. You can totally customize - overload with loads of different types of cheese of course, go cray with toppings, make one type or plenty. It’s so so fun, roll them out with your little ones and get them excited create their own! And the dough is pretty easy to make too, can stay in the fridge for a few days and all you need to do is roll and cook on demand!

I did A Truffle & Anchovy Pizza Bianca this time. Spread some garlic butter, top with aged cheddar & parmesan, anchovies, truffle & wild rocket. DIVINE. Recipe for a #glutenfreeversion below:

Here’s what you’ll need

Time: 10 minutes + time to rise | Serves: 4

1 1/3 cup warm water
2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/3 cup gluten free flour
2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Let the yeast bloom for 10 minutes by adding the water and yeast to a large bowl. Once foaming, add the rest of the ingredients and roll till springy. Cover with a cloth and allow to rise for 1 - 2 hours. Roll out, spread sauce, top with what you like and bake. Dough can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for upto 3 days. Allow to come to room temperature before baking. Enjoy!
