Apple Spice Granola Baked Apples

Easy, delicious Apple Spice Granola Baked Apples for Monday Meal Prep breakfasts. Mix a super delicious quick back of granola, core apples, stuff and bake. I keep them in the fridge and warm them slightly, add some Greek yogurt & drizzle with maple. So so good - they're #vegan, #glutenfree and basically like having apple crumble for breakfast. You can even change up the fruit and do pears, hard peaches or plums too. Enjoy!

Time: Prep 5 Minutes | Cooking 10 Minutes

Ingredients
1/4 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup Oats
1 tablespoon Coconut sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Ginger powder
Pinch Salt

Apples

Mix all the above ingredients together. Remove core and half. Rub with olive oil and lemon or melted butter. Stuff with granola and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
