Miso & Tahini Mac & Cheese

A 10 minute #glutenfree, #dairyfree & #veganMiso & Tahini Mac & Cheese that is INSANELY divine.

The mix of miso and tahini makes the sauce so incredibly smooth, nutty and umami rich. The tahini from @greenspoonke is just perfect for getting that uberly creamy sauce that coats the pasta like heaven. This will quickly become one of your weekly favourites in no time!

Here’s what you'll need:

Serves: 2

Ingredients
2 cups Pasta, boiled as per instructions (reserve cooking liquid)
1 teaspoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon Tahini
1 tablespoon miso
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Nutritional yeast (optional)
Chopped chives

1. Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium heat and add the miso, tahini, coconut milk and nutritional yeast. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Add cooked pasta and add a couple of tablespoons of the reserved pasta liquid. Coat the pasta, sprinkle with nutritional yeast and chives and devour.
