Super Pink Bliss Dragonfruit & Papaya Smoothie

Drink the rainbow with this Super Pink Bliss Dragonfruit & Papaya smoothie with Chia seeds and Ashwagandha.

Get some fruit hydration, fibre & protein to start the day with the chia seeds and some adaptogen happiness from the Ashwagandha. Sweeten with a touch of maple/ honey or coconut palm sugar and if you’d like, substitute the coconut milk for whatever you prefer.

Here’s what you’ll need

Time: Prep 5 minutes | Makes: 2 small glasses

Ingredients
1/2 cup papaya
1/2 dragonfruit
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon ashwagandha
1 tablespoon maple
1 cup coconut milk

Mix and blend all ingredients together into a smoothie - add a couple of ice cubes if you want it nice and cold.
