Turmeric & Maple Seed & Nut Mix

In come my Turmeric & Maple Seed & Nut Mix. The super mighty turmeric helps reduce all that inflammation causing havoc in your body whilst ashwagandha adds some adaptogenic power a super dose of omega 3s in this mix. They’re a happy companion to have by your side whilst you binge watch the latest season of Hand Maids Tale or House of Dragons.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Mix 1/2 cup chopped almonds, 1/2 cup chopped pistachios, 1/2 cup chopped cashews, 1 cup pumpkin seeds, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 1/4 cup flax seeds, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon turmeric (depending on how strong you like the taste), 1 1/2 tablespoons Ashwagandha powder in a bowl. Put into a baking tray and bake till crispy. Allow to completely cool before storing in an airtight container and enjoy!
