5 minutes, 5 ingredients Pantry Meal Prep with Probiotic and Omega 3 Goodness.

Creamy, Dreamy Tzatziki - it's simple and so easy, all you need is Greek yogurt, drained cucumber, dill or mint, a tiny bit of minced garlic, lemon juice and salt. I usually drizzle mine with extra virgin olive oil to get a dose of omegas through the week and use a good quality Greek Yogurt for all that probiotic magic.

You can add it to salads, serve with grilled fish or meat, stuff into pitta, use it as a dip or spread on toast and top with avo. So many positivities in all of 5 minutes.
