Beetroot and & Rose Latte
An easy, super pretty and caffeine free cozy Beetroot and & Rose Latte helps give your body the energy it needs. It’s gorgeous, it’s so customisable and made hot or cold - just how you want it. An incredible bonus of this latte is it’s packed with antioxidants and beta-carotene which helps with blood circulation and cramping.

Ingredients
3/4 cup almond milk / coconut milk / regular milk (use a brand that froths well. If you want to keep it natural and use a homemade version, it won’t froth.
1 1/2 tablespoons beet powder
1 - 2 teaspoons honey or maple (a few drops of stevia if you prefer that instead)
A pinch cardamom
Rose petals
Boil the beet powder and milk together for a few minutes, add water, sweetener and cardamom. Froth half of it and combine. Pour into a mug, top with rose petals and enjoy.
For a cool version, steep the beet powder in the milk with the ingredients for 20 minutes. Whisk thoroughly and enjoy with some ice cubes.
