Cashew & Hemp Bliss Balls

These Cashew & Hemp bliss balls packed with delicious nutrient rich plant protein and dates will help satisfy your sweet fix plus they're rich in Omega 3 which helps keep that beating heart of yours healthy in all of 10 minutes. Cashew & Hemp Bliss Balls

Here’s what you’ll need

Time: 10 minutes | Makes 20 small bliss balls

Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup MCT Powder or a Protein powder of your choice
10 - 12 dates
1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean
1/2 cup hemp seeds
Pinch of sea salt

Cocoa powder

Add cashews to a food processor and blend for a few minutes till they're soft. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Using a tablespoon / cookie scoop, roll into balls and dust with cocoa powder. Store in an airtight container.
