I’ve used gluten free oats mixed in with some fresh pureed pumpkin, creamy coconut & grounding spices like cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves - all flavours that are perfect for the fall. Also, did you know that you can reduce sugar cravings by adding more sweet vegetables into your diet? It actually works - trust me, I'm a sugar monster and it's helped me. Make yourself a batch of this divine breakfast to enjoy for the week!

Here’s what you’ll need

Time : 10 minutes prep time + Overnight in the fridge | Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup pumpkin, boiled & pureed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 cup water
2 - 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
Desiccated Coconut & Maple Syrup to serve

Mix everything and put into a fridge safe container overnight. Top with some coconut, maple, extra yogurt & devour.
