Pistachio & Chia Seed Granola

A quick, delicious Pistachio & Chia Seed Granola recipe to have with Greek yogurt, topped on fruit, with milk or on it’s own.

The right food for you has the ability to nourish & heal you. Start your morning with a great mix of macronutrients, which depending on your needs you can customize a basic Granola recipe with the nuts, seeds and sweeteners you’re using when baking up a batch. Happy baking!

Here’s what you’ll need

Ingredients
2 cups Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oats
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1 tablespoon Nutiva coconut sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup / honey
1/4 cup Nutiva Coconut oil

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients together and spread onto tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning with a spatula every 5 – 7 minute intervals to cook granola on all sides. Keep an eye on the granola as it can go from toasty brown to burnt super-fast!

Remove and cool completely before storing for up to 2 weeks.
