Here’s what you’ll need
Time: 10 Minutes | Makes: 1 Jar
Ingredients
1/4 cup pumpkin, cooked and pureed
1/4 cup dates, pitted
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 to 3/4 cup oat or coconut milk
1 teaspoon coconut manna
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
Combine all ingredients together and blend starting with 1/2 cup of milk and adding up to 3/4 for a lighter consistency. Refrigerate for up to 1 week.
