Roasted Red Pepper Pasta Sauce

Who else just loves an insanely delicious recipe for a spread, dip or sauce? This has to be one that's all of those. All you need are some roasted peppers. Add some nutritional yeast, olive oil, parmesan and olive oil for this yum quickie. Top with basil or your fav herb and that's it. So SO good - the recipe's below.

Here’s what you’ll need


Time: Prep 5 minutes | Makes: Makes: 1/2 a jar

Blend 2 cups of roasted red peppers, garlic & shallots with 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast & 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Adjust salt & black pepper to taste and add herbs. Skip the parmesan for a vegan, dairy free version. Store in the 3 - 4 days
