Brazil Nut Bliss Balls

These Brazil Nut Bliss Balls are made with so much plant goodness and some @sakaralife greens super powder added in too to fire you up. These are also literally like food for your brain 🧠 because of the hemp and coconut manna, not to mention the selenium from the Brazil nuts, a powerful mineral that helps your body function at its best. And they taste so good. A handful of ingredients, a blender and that’s it people.

Here’s what you’ll need:

Time: 5 minutes | Makes: 12 - 15 balls


Ingredients
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
2 Protein and Greens @sakaralife Powder
1/8 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup tahini
1 tablespoon heaped coconut manna
1/4 teaspoon stevia / honey / sweetener of choice
1/2 cup almond meal

Throw all ingredients into a blender and blitz till crumbly. Using a cookie scoop, make individual balls, coat with chia seeds and refrigerate till set. Store in the fridge!
