Happy midweek! I’ve teamed up with @carapelliusa to prepare delicious Crispy Chicken Kale Wraps with Pistachio & Feta Pesto. Their high-quality extra virgin olive oils give any dish a harmonious flavour which I just absolutely love!
For this recipe I’ve used their 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This incredible oil is pleasant and bitter, in this recipe it matched the Pesto so perfectly.

Insanely yummy pasta - I opted for Green Pea Penne, coconut cream and nutritional yeast making it #dairyfree, #vegan, #glutenfree and oh so good 🤩

I keep them in the fridge and warm them slightly, add some Greek yogurt & drizzle with maple. So so good - they're #vegan, #glutenfree and basically like having apple crumble for breakfast. You can even change up the fruit and do pears, hard peaches or plums too. Enjoy!
